En ese sentido <strong>se trabaja\u00a0 por hacerle frente desde un cambio transformador acompa\u00f1ado de pol\u00edticas, econ\u00f3micas y sociales, que protegen los derechos de todas las personas, con \u00e9nfasis en las que forman parte de los grupos clave a la epidemia de VIH.<\/strong> El pa\u00eds est\u00e1 comprometido con su respuesta a eliminar el sida como problema de salud y otras
