href=\"https:\/\/www.sierramaestra.cu\/index.php\/santiago\/especiales\/item\/10621-la-mejorana-contradicciones-que-no-frustraron-la-unidad-y-el-triunfo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reuni\u00f3n de La Mejorana<\/a>, en la que, por \u00fanica vez, coincidieron los tres grandes de la Guerra Necesaria -Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed, M\u00e1ximo G\u00f3mez y Antonio Maceo-, fue recordada hoy, a 129 a\u00f1os de su realizaci\u00f3n, por habitantes de este sitio cercano al poblado de Dos Caminos, en el santiaguero municipio de San Luis.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"itemFullText\">\n<p>En el Monumento Nacional y bajo la sombra del frondoso \u00e1rbol de Tamarindo -que a decir de muchos fue el \u00fanico testigo del encuentro-, pioneros y j\u00f3venes hicieron un llamado \u00aba la unidad, en medio de la diversidad, como garante de la continuidad de la \u00fanica Revoluci\u00f3n cubana, que tuvo en este paraje un importante momento para trazar el destino de las luchas por la independencia\u00bb, con la presencia de autoridades pol\u00edticas y gubernamentales de la demarcaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Desde tiempos republicanos, cada 5 de mayo, se realizan actividades conmemorativas, reforzadas tras el triunfo de la Revoluci\u00f3n dada su importancia hist\u00f3rica, por constituirse en el encuentro m\u00e1s importante a pocos meses de iniciarse la gesta -aunque tenso y pol\u00e9mico, dadas las distintas posiciones sobre las potestades militares y pol\u00edticas que
