Bur\u00f3 Nacional de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Agricultores Peque\u00f1os (ANAP) destaca que la aplicaci\u00f3n de la nueva estructura en la base constituye uno de los aseguramientos para el proceso org\u00e1nico del XIII Congreso de la organizaci\u00f3n, que comenzar\u00e1 en el curso del actual a\u00f1o.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El importante paso persigue reforzar la direcci\u00f3n de las unidades productivas del sector campesino con las figuras del Presidente, Vicepresidente y Econ\u00f3mico, y el resto de los integrantes de la Junta Directiva.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy hay un cambio importante de sus funciones que est\u00e1n encaminadas a fortalecer la vigilancia campesina, promover los f\u00f3rums de ciencia y t\u00e9cnica e innovaci\u00f3n y los movimientos agroecol\u00f3gicos de campesino a campesino y de productores de avanzada, tareas que llevar\u00e1 de manera priorizada el presidente.<\/p>\n<p>Con esa transformaci\u00f3n se pretende lograr un mejor funcionamiento de cada colectivo y poder cumplir los programas priorizados que desarrolla el pa\u00eds, sobre todo incrementar las producciones agropecuarias con destino a la
