siendo la premisa fundamental para el Sector Educacional aqu\u00ed. <!--more-->Se encuentran tambi\u00e9n los c\u00edrculos de inter\u00e9s, la formaci\u00f3n y superaci\u00f3n constante de directivos y docentes, as\u00ed como elevar la calidad del proceso docente-educativo a trav\u00e9s de otras maneras de ense\u00f1ar y novedosos recursos de aprendizaje, que no se limiten \u00fanicamente a la clase, aunque esta seguir\u00e1 teniendo el valor principal en la escuela.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan expres\u00f3 Wilber Rodr\u00edguez Navarro, Director de Educaci\u00f3n en el territorio, el proceso de perfeccionamiento que se viene realizando en los diferentes grados tiene el prop\u00f3sito de elevar los niveles de eficiencia en la educaci\u00f3n de los ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y j\u00f3venes, entendida la educaci\u00f3n como instrucci\u00f3n, pero, tambi\u00e9n, como formaci\u00f3n para los ciudadanos, m\u00e1s cultura, a partir del conocimiento que ofrece la
