{"id":6445,"date":"2024-01-27T12:40:10","date_gmt":"2024-01-27T12:40:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.radiomajaguabo.icrt.cu\/?p=6445"},"modified":"2024-01-27T12:40:10","modified_gmt":"2024-01-27T12:40:10","slug":"contribucion-territorial-alternativa-para-el-desarrollo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.radiomajaguabo.icrt.cu\/?p=6445","title":{"rendered":"Contribuci\u00f3n territorial, alternativa para el desarrollo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>San Luis, Santiago de Cuba, ene. 27, 24. _<\/strong>Un notable impacto tiene hoy, en este territorio, la utilizaci\u00f3n del sobrecumplimiento de los aportes por la Contribuci\u00f3n Territorial para el Desarrollo Local, por su impulso a obras y procesos de beneficio social.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El monto disponible es destinado por el Consejo de la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal (CAM) para resolver necesidades y prioridades m\u00e1s acuciantes del municipio.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, con este financiamiento se apoya la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de la Pista Guaninicum y otras obras de impacto.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de un impuesto gravado en nuestro pa\u00eds desde 2015, a\u00f1o en que se mantuvo en fase exploratoria en varios municipios cubanos. Ya en 2016 y, hasta la fecha, qued\u00f3 establecido en la Ley del Presupuesto del Estado que todos los municipios del pa\u00eds tributaran con este impuesto. El tipo impositivo a aportar por las empresas de subordinaci\u00f3n nacional y provinciales corresponde al 1 por ciento de sus ganancias, mientras las dedicadas a servicios de importaci\u00f3n
