conocimiento del trabajo para poder ser cre\u00edbles, lo cual ayuda a mejorar la imagen de la entidad y de la persona encargada de ofrecer la informaci\u00f3n al usuario para que este comprenda determinada situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se abord\u00f3 el tema referido a la demora en los tr\u00e1mites debido a la falta de conectividad en muchas ocasiones y a la congesti\u00f3n de
