Significa usar la cantidad necesaria al realizar las diferentes actividades.<\/p>\n<p>En este complejo escenario energ\u00e9tico, urge aprovechar la luz natural, encender solo las luces y equipos necesarios, mantener bajos niveles de iluminaci\u00f3n para ver el televisor. Se recomienda tambi\u00e9n no dejar el ventilador solo en la habitaci\u00f3n y no abrir el refrigerador innecesariamente.<\/p>\n<p>El ahorro de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica no nos impone limitar el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico y social de nuestro pa\u00eds.
