uso de la agroecolog\u00eda en la producci\u00f3n de alimentos marca el camino hacia la soberan\u00eda alimentaria del pa\u00eds, adquiere una relevancia fundamental.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Son muchos los campesinos sanluiseros que apuestan hoy por t\u00e9cnicas agroecol\u00f3gicas para sus cultivos porque utilizan recursos menos da\u00f1inos para el medio ambiente, centr\u00e1ndose tanto en la producci\u00f3n de alimentos como en la sostenibilidad y en el equilibrio del ecosistema.<\/p>\n<p>En armon\u00eda con el Medio Ambiente hoy trabajan los campesinos de San Luis para generalizar la producci\u00f3n de diferentes t\u00e9cnicas.<\/p>\n<p>En las fincas se laboran para disminuir el uso de fertilizantes qu\u00edmicos, velar por la salud de los suelos, controlar las malezas (arbustos silvestres que afectan los cultivos), usar productos naturales como plantas repelentes (con olor y sabor diferentes) y trampas de colores (siembra de productos coloridos en el mismo espacio) para
