{"id":14778,"date":"2026-07-07T07:35:55","date_gmt":"2026-07-07T07:35:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.radiomajaguabo.icrt.cu\/?p=14778"},"modified":"2026-07-02T17:45:40","modified_gmt":"2026-07-02T17:45:40","slug":"san-luis-retoma-el-cultivo-de-arroz-popular","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.radiomajaguabo.icrt.cu\/?p=14778","title":{"rendered":"San Luis retoma el cultivo de arroz popular"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>San Luis, Santiago de Cuba, jul. 7, 26.-<\/strong> Ante el d\u00e9ficit de recursos y el bajo nivel productivo del cereal desde la t\u00e9cnica intensiva, San Luis transita hacia la recuperaci\u00f3n del arroz no especializado, modalidad muy usada a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s<\/p>\n<p>San Luis retoma el cultivo de arroz no especializado, una modalidad que en otros a\u00f1os demostr\u00f3 potencialidades agr\u00edcolas en el territorio, mientras en el actual contexto de limitaciones y bajo nivel productivo del cereal desde la t\u00e9cnica intensiva, se vuelve una alternativa para paliar la demanda del grano en funci\u00f3n del autoabastecimiento local.<\/p>\n<p>Cerca de 300 hect\u00e1reas deben sembrarse y se aboga por acudir de nuevo a esta modalidad, asentada en el laboreo manual en peque\u00f1os espacios y menos dependiente de los insumos y la maquinaria. No se trata de que este arroz no lleve insumos, es que como se siembran peque\u00f1as \u00e1reas, los productores lo pueden atender mejor, realizan un grupo de actividades que no puede hacer la arrocera en extensiones grandes, acuden a labores manuales, a la t\u00e9cnica del trasplante; es un cultivo para el autoabastecimiento de las familias y que ellas contribuyan a las ventas en los
