Se obtiene la meladura a partir del \u00a0jugo de la ca\u00f1a clarificado y concentrado por evaporaci\u00f3n.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En febrero pasado esta\u00a0 industria inici\u00f3 el procesamiento de la ca\u00f1a para tales fines, \u00a0luego del gran esfuerzo realizado por directivos, especialistas y obreros para concluir las reparaciones a cada \u00e1rea.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-139520\" title=\"Cumpli\u00f3\u00a0 el compromiso de zafra la industria Paquito Rosales de San Luis 1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tvsantiago.icrt.cu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/FB_IMG_1745961901586.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tvsantiago.icrt.cu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/FB_IMG_1745961901586.jpg 720w, https:\/\/www.tvsantiago.icrt.cu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/FB_IMG_1745961901586-512x384.jpg 512w\" alt=\"FB IMG 1745961901586\" width=\"720\" height=\"540\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>El cumplimiento alcanzado hace algunas horas, \u00a0est\u00e1 dedicado a saludar el d\u00eda internacional de los trabajadores y \u00a0fue posible tambi\u00e9n, gracias \u00a0a la entrega de macheteros y operarios de las Unidades B\u00e1sicas de Producci\u00f3n Cooperativa: Hechavarr\u00eda y\u00a0 Luis Manuel Cabrera y de la Cooperativa de Producci\u00f3n Agropecuaria Sabino Pupo que cortaron la gram\u00ednea de forma manual y mecanizada.<\/p>\n<p>Al un\u00edsono, estas estructuras garantizaron el alistamiento de la maquinaria agr\u00edcola, la campa\u00f1a de fr\u00edo, el cumplimiento de los planes de entrega de cultivos varios, leche y carne como garant\u00eda de desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y productivo para\u00a0 la industria y el municipio sanluisero. Paquito sigue moliendo para aportar un extra y mejorar su econom\u00eda.\u00a0 Su gente est\u00e1 contenta, dispuesta y muy optimista para continuar. Este 1ro de mayo ser\u00e1 aplaudida por todo un pueblo que demostrar\u00e1 su unidad en torno al proyecto social que defendemos.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img
