desempe\u00f1ado por la mujer en las tareas agr\u00edcolas y en apoyo a la zafra azucarera y cafetalera ha sido protag\u00f3nico aqu\u00ed a trav\u00e9s de los a\u00f1os.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Por eso, desde su creaci\u00f3n, el Contingente Seguidoras de Vilma desempe\u00f1a un rol de gran significaci\u00f3n, pues, no s\u00f3lo se caracteriza por el aporte de mano de obra para la agricultura, sino de manera sustancial por la incorporaci\u00f3n de la mujer a la vida pol\u00edtico-social del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Creada como una forma de ayuda mutua, auxiliar para la ejecuci\u00f3n de importantes labores agr\u00edcolas: siembra y recogida de caf\u00e9, frutos, hortalizas y otras, e integradas en su mayor\u00eda por trabajadoras, estudiantes, amas de casa, jubiladas, el Contingente Seguidoras de Vilma tiene trascendental importancia en los tiempos actuales.<\/p>\n<p>En el territorio es v\u00e1lido resaltar la realizaci\u00f3n de trabajos voluntarios y acciones de embellecimiento en los asentamientos rurales y urbanos; as\u00ed como de talleres de creaci\u00f3n que benefician, sobre todo, el proceso docente educativo en las
