Este viernes la Corte Suprema de Estados Unidos decidi\u00f3 marcar un retroceso hist\u00f3rico al anular el derecho de las mujeres a decidir sobre la interrupci\u00f3n del embarazo, lo que provoc\u00f3 reacciones en la sociedad civil y del propio presidente Joe Biden.<\/p>\n<p>Con anterioridad esa instancia judicial norteamericana declar\u00f3 inconstitucional una ley de Nueva York que limita el derecho a llevar armas ocultas en espacios p\u00fablicos, por considerar que contraviene la Segunda Enmienda sobre las armas de fuego.<\/p>\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n se produce cuando se incrementa la violencia en el pa\u00eds por tiroteos en escuelas y plazas p\u00fablicas, lo cual provoc\u00f3 demandas de acci\u00f3n al ejecutivo por parte de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La Corte Suprema, que ejecuta el poder judicial de acuerdo con el sistema pol\u00edtico estadounidense, es de mayor\u00eda conservadora luego de que el mandatario republicano Donald Trump realizara nombramientos para asegurar este desbalance.
